For the accomplished woman who has stopped trusting herself

Lynne Klippel, founder of The Circus of Hope

Maybe it's the business you built. The book you've been trying to write for years. The career you've somehow outgrown. Or the caregiving that eats your day before you even get to it. Either way, you know exactly what needs to happen next. You're just not doing it.

You're the one holding everything together, and some days you just want to run away and open a bookstore, or join the circus.

Writing a book that costs you something to tell?

A Courage Rehearsal for Women Writing Brave Books

If the book on your desk is personal, sensitive, or the kind that asks you to be seen right alongside it, that's a different kind of stuck. A finished manuscript doesn't always mean a ready author.

Author Armor helps you tell the truth on the page without abandoning yourself in the process.

Are you ready to see what's possible again?

Come inside. There is a place for you here.

At the turn of the last century, female circus performers were some of the highest-paid, most admired women in the country. They had power, agency, and respect that most women of their era were denied. They faced failure, jealousy, and a world that doubted them, and they built extraordinary lives anyway.

I fell into their stories during what was supposed to be an afternoon of research and turned into a week. My husband still brings it up. I've been a little obsessed ever since, and I built this work on what they knew.

Lynne Klippel

Hi, I'm Lynne. I help women see what's possible again.

For more than 25 years, I've helped women recognize their gifts, move through what is holding them back, and take meaningful action on the ideas that matter most to them.

My work began with books. I've published more than 400 client books, ghostwritten 65, and mentored women on six continents. Along the way, I learned that the best strategy rarely helps when fear, exhaustion, or self-doubt is running the show.

That is why my work blends practical guidance with deeper inner clearing. One minute we may be looking at your business or your next decision. The next, we may be listening for the old belief that keeps you from acting on what you already know.

I bring steady attention, honest questions, and a stubborn belief in what is possible for you. Hope isn't a strategy, but it's what makes strategy possible.

I'm at the stage where retirement was an option I chose to set aside. Older women showed up for me at the most pivotal points of my life, and I know what that changes. This work is how I close the circle.

When I'm not working, you'll find me reading, baking something involving far too much butter, or drinking Earl Grey tea in the Andean mountains I call home.
